The day
Algarve cooking is built on what comes out of the sea and the orchards: fish and shellfish, almonds, figs and carob. The best way to taste it is to go where it is sold and cooked, and to let someone else drive.
We plan the day around what you like, book the tables and take you between the markets, the coast and the restaurants, so you only have to decide what to order.

- Markets are liveliest in the morning, and some close on Sundays: tell us your date and we plan around it.
- Grilled sardines are at their best in summer, from June to September.
